원격 호스트에 Wireshark 2.2.9 이전 2.2.x 버전이 설치되어 있다. 해당 버전의 IrCOMM, Profinet I/O, 그리고 MSDP dissectors 에서 다중 dos 취약점이 존재한다.
인증받지 않은 원격 공격자는 변형된 패킷을 wire에 주입하거나 변형된 패킷 추적 파일을 읽도록 속임으로써, 이 취약점을 악용할 수 있다.
