Detailed Description The Hotfix (KB842526) for The 'Privilege Elevation Vulnerability in Utility Manager' has not been applied.
Utility Manager is an accessibility utility that allows users to determine the status of accessibility programs such as Microsoft Magnifier, Narrator, or On-Screen Keyboard, and to start or stop them. Because of a flaw in the way that Utility Manager launches applications, Utility Manager is vulnerable to a Privilege Elevation Vulnerability that a logged-on user could force it to start an application with system privileges and could take complete control of the system. To successfully exploit this vulnerability could allow an attacker to take complete control of the target system, including installing programs; viewing, changing, or deleting data; or creating new accounts that have full privileges.

* Note: This check requires an account with Guest or upper privileges which can access the registry of the remote host to scan. Absence of these condition will result in the check not being performed and a False Negative for all vulnerable hosts.
