Detailed Description The Hotfix(KB824151) for 'Denial of Service Vulnerability in WebDAV XML Message Handler' has not been applied.
This update resolves the Denial of Service vulnerability caused by the unlimited number of attributes that the Microsoft XML Parser would try to process on submitted documents. By sending a specially-crafted WebDAV request containing multiple attributes per XML element to the Web server, a remote attacker could cause WebDAV to consume all available memory and CPU time on the target server. The IIS service would have to be restarted to restore functionality.

* Note: This check requires an account with Guest or upper privileges which can access the registry of the remote host to scan. Absence of these condition will result in the check not being performed and a False Negative for all vulnerable hosts.
