Detailed Description The hotfix (MS06-035, KB917159) for 'Vulnerability in Server Service' has not been applied. Microsoft Windows 2000 SP4, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003 are vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the Mailslot Server driver (srv.sys). By sending a specially-crafted network packet to an affected host, a remote attacker could execute arbitrary code on the host.
