Detailed Description The hotfix (MS06-073, 925674) for 'Remote Code Execution Vulnerability in Visual Studio 2005' has not been applied. Microsoft Windows 2000 SP4, XP SP1 and SP2, and Server 2003 up to SP1 could allow a remote attacker to bypass Internet zone restrictions and execute arbitrary code, caused by a cross-zone scripting vulnerability in the WMI Object Broker ActiveX control (WmiScriptUtils.dll) that the WMI Wizard uses in Visual Studio 2005. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by constructing a specially crafted Web page that could potentially allow remote code execution if a user viewed the Web page. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could take complete control of an affected system.
