Detailed Description The hotfix (MS07-005, KB923723) for 'Vulnerability in Step-by-Step Interactive Training' has not been applied. Microsoft Step-by-Step Interactive Training on Microsoft Windows 2000 SP4, XP SP1 and SP2, and Server 2003 up to SP1 are vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking of bookmark link files. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by constructing a specially crafted Web page that could potentially allow remote code execution if a user viewed the Web page. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could take complete control of an affected system.

* Note: This check requires an account with Guest or upper privileges which can access the registry of the remote host to scan. Absence of these condition will result in the check not being performed and a False Negative for all vulnerable hosts.
