Detailed Description The hotfix (MS07-008, KB928843) for 'Vulnerability in HTML Help ActiveX Control' has not been applied. The HTML Help Control (HHCtrl Object) is a Windows ActiveX control that provides the ability to view HTML help files. Microsoft Windows 2000 SP4, XP SP1 and SP2, and Server 2003 up to SP1 could allow a remote, unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on a vulnerable system, caused by a vulnerability in the HTML Help ActiveX control (Hhctrl.ocx). By convincing a user to view a specially crafted HTML document (e.g., a web page or an HTML email message or attachment), a remote attacker could execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the user.

* Note: This check requires an account with Guest or upper privileges which can access the registry of the remote host to scan. Absence of these condition will result in the check not being performed and a False Negative for all vulnerable hosts.
