Detailed Description The hotfix (MS07-009, 927779) for 'Vulnerability in Microsoft Data Access Components' has not been applied. Microsoft Windows 2000 SP4, XP SP1 and SP2, and Server 2003 up to SP1 could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service, caused by a vulnerability in the ADODB.Connection 2.7 and 2.8 ActiveX control. By convincing a user to view a specially crafted HTML document (e.g., a web page or an HTML email message or attachment), a remote attacker could cause a denial of service (Internet Explorer crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the user.

* Note: This check requires an account with administrative privileges which can log into the host to scan. Absence of these condition will result in the check not being performed and a False Negative for all vulnerable hosts.
