Detailed Description The hotfix (MS07-053, 939778) for 'Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability in Windows Services for UNIX' has not been applied. Microsoft Windows Services for UNIX 3.0 and 3.5 and Subsystem for UNIX-based Applications in Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003, and Vista could allow a local, authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges on a vulnerable system, caused by improper handling of connection credentials for setuid binary files. An attacker could trigger this vulnerability by running a specially-crafted setuid binary file.

* Note: This check requires an account with administrative privileges which can log into the host to scan. Absence of these condition will result in the check not being performed and a False Negative for all vulnerable hosts.
