Detailed Description |
The Hotfix (MS12-044, 2719177) for 'Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer' has not been applied. A remote code execution vulnerability exists in the way that Internet Explorer accesses an object that has been deleted. The vulnerability may corrupt memory in such a way that an attacker could execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user. The update addresses the vulnerability by modifying the way that Internet Explorer handles objects in memory.
