1. Go to Start menu -> Run and Type 'gpedit.msc'
2. Traverse the following path: Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows Components, Windows Messenger
3. 'Do not allow Windows Messenger to be run' set the 'Enabled'
4. 'Do not automatically start Windows Messenger initially' set the 'Enabled' |
