| Detailed Description |
The Opera Web browser, according to its version number, has a resource detection vulnerability. Opera is a Web browser, developed by Opera Software, for multiple operating systems. Opera version 7.53 and earlier could allow a remote attacker to determine the existence of resources on a vulnerable computer. By creating a specially-crafted Web page that references a file or directory within an IFRAME, a remote attacker could determine the existence of a file or directory depending on if an error is returned, once the malicious Web page is visited.
* Note: This check requires an account with administrative privileges which can log into the host to scan. Absence of these condition will result in the check not being performed and a False Negative for all vulnerable hosts.
