Detailed Description A version of Opera web browser which is older than version 12.01 has been installed on the host. Opera is a Web browser, developed by Opera Software, for multiple operating systems. Opera versions prior to 12.01 are vulnerable to multiple vulnerabilities.

- An error exists in the handling of certain URLs that can lead to memory corruption and possible code execution.
- Errors exist in the handling of DOM elements and certain HTML characters that can lead to cross-site scripting.
- Download dialog boxes can be made small enough that users may not realize they are accepting a download and further, executing such a download.

* Note: This check requires an account with administrative privileges which can log into the host to scan. Absence of these condition will result in the check not being performed and a False Negative for all vulnerable hosts.
