The version of Firefox installed on the remote Windows host is prior to 147.0.4. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the mfsa2026-10 advisory.
- Heap buffer overflow in libvpx. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 147.0.4, Firefox ESR < 140.7.1, Firefox ESR < 115.32.1, Thunderbird < 140.7.2, and Thunderbird < 147.0.2. (CVE-2026-2447)
